The problem

Choosing a motorbike isn't simple. Riders need to think about their licence, how they'll use the bike, where they'll ride and whether it fits them. Honda has a wide range, and without help, many riders didn't know where to start. This led people to give up before making a decision.

Our hypothesis

If we asked riders a few simple questions in the right order, we could help them find a bike they felt confident about and lead them on to configure it.

I was involved throughout the design process, working with our lead designer, a content designer and the development team.

We interviewed riders, from beginners learning about licences to experienced riders looking for their next bike. This helped us understand what each group needs to make a decision.

From there, we created questions on licence, riding style, road type and fit. I worked on the design from early ideas through to the final screens, deciding how each question and answer should look and flow.

I helped build the prototype and test it with riders. Their feedback helped us make final improvements before handing over to development.
